Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, you may be required to provide photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Returns
For safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Products must remain unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for any return consideration.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by our team, such as incorrect or damaged items.
Order Cancellations
